Customer service:
The initial communication from the company was good. However, all came to silence when the delivery still had not arrived several weeks past the expected time of delivery. I was only informed of the delay when I approached customer service. I wasn't in a rush to receive the products but I do expect basic communication of such a delay by the company. I was definitely disappointed with the customer service and the poor communication.

Product:
First of all, I would like to remind the company to change the statement regarding the country of origin of the relevant products on the website. It states "made in Italy" on the website for the dresses I purchased, however, the label on the dresses indicates that they are manufactured in China. I find this misleading on the company's part and not acceptable.

In terms of the quality of the dresses I bought - passable is all I would say for these dresses. One of the two dresses I bought had multiple bits of thread that were pulled out throughout the dress. I think better quality control is required. I am disappointed.

We are producers and since day one we have 7 factories where
 we realize all the knitwear: 6 in Italy and 1 in Inner Mongolia/China. In early months of 2017 we made big investments and we have moved most of all productions in Italy. Accordingly, we changed the “Made in” description in most of our webpage. Still now we have some products imported from abroad, which still display into the product’s page this info as Made in China.



As you have unluckily experienced, we got a delivery delay with your purchase. Honestly we have had some technical-production problem with a machinery standing inside one of our Italian workshops. In few words, our regular procedure couldn't work as per plan and we saw ourselves forced to realize yours and few other products in our factory abroad. This caused delay. In that case we would avoid to cancel your order and cause you further problems. Thats why we decided to produce it over there.



We are happy to share this info publicly cause for MaisonCashmere the most important is commercial brightness, customer care and products quality.



We remind you Ms Jenny that if the product was not satisfying you, we could have replaced it or simply accepted your return and refund you the payment. If you are still interested to change it, we are here at your disposal, even if out of terms. At the end, we have been the ones who created this scenario and we would like to fix it even if you never asked for assistance.

I bought this to wear under a low-ish necked cardigan jacket when it was too cold for a bare neck! it also works very well under a more formal jacket as an alternative to a blouse or shirt. Most useful and I will be buying more. I have even worn it under a superb Blaze Milano velvet jacket on a very cold night and it looked good.
