Three things conspired to leave a poor impression: firstly delivery was more than three weeks after I ordered the product, causing me to wonder if it was going to arrive in time for Christmas despite my late November order. (It did in the end). Secondly, the fit seemed very tight across the shoulders - to the extent that I wonder if their was a manufacturing fault. Thirdly, it seems a little naughty to charge £7 for returns within the 14 day returns window - even after the delayed delivery and asking for the patience and goodwill of customers, you won't get all your money back if you don't like the item that you ordered.

Sono rimasta un po' delusa. Bella e ben rifinita ma non così morbida al tatto come mi aspettavo. Tempi di spedizione un po' lunghi (10 giorni) ma dichiarati, pertanto è necessario ordinare per tempo.

The cardigan is very soft, the color is what we were expecting and the quality is undeniable. We appreciate the two-way zipper and the wool thread added, in case we have to make a repair.
