Che vergogna

Ordine fatto il 4 dicembre, nonostante sia stato consegnato quasi due settimane dopo e la taglia fosse risultata troppo piccola, a detta del servizio clienti avrei fatto comunque in tempo a riceverlo entro Natale nonostante la necessità del cambio taglia (quella risultata errata era stata ordinata confrontandomi ben due volte col servizio clienti). Ad oggi ancora non si è visto nulla (14 gennaio). Mai successa una cosa simile con nessun'altra azienda. Non ho altre parole se non vergognoso, trattandosi ovviamente di un capo in cashmere invernale di un bel rosso che avrei desiderato indossare a Natale e non a Pasqua.

Der Bauch passt darunter und in der Stillzeit lasse ich einfach die Bluse darunter ständig oben offen für den schnellen Zugriff. Mit dem „Bauchteil“ kann man das Baby während des Stillens zudecken. Schwachstellen sind Bereiche an den Armen, an denen Bauch- und Rückenteil zusammenkommen. Durch Bewegung entsteht dort Zug, sodass das Garn unter Spannung gerät und sich abnutzt.

Après des semaines d'attente, le pull est arrivé. La qualité est excellente par contre la livraison prévue le 13.01.25 a été faite le 8.01.25, paquet déposé devant la porte ! Je reçois un SMS à 16h52 de fedex m'informant que le paquet sera livré entre 10h30 & 14h30... Prévenue d'une livraison des heures après qu'elle ait été faite, bravo Fedex. Une chance qu'il n'ait pas été volé....

Ho scritto al servizio clienti che non mi ha specificato che potevo comunque ricevere i primi due separatamente dagli altri e che questo richiedeva più tempo perché non in stock. Spedizione comunque rapida e puntuale

Beautiful and versatile color. Very soft and nice medium thickness fabric - no visual gaps when around curves and can’t see colors of underpinnings through it. Zipper is clearly of high quality (appearance and function). Enough room present in shoulder area to wear something comfortably underneath and have it still appear tailored. 5ft 9.5in - 33in chest, 26in waist, 37in hips, 128-130lb - ordered a small and it fits well/as hoped based on online guide. Will purchase more pieces in the future!

Very pleased with my cashmere robe. The quality of the knit is superb and the price reasonable in comparison with other firms. Ideally I'd have preferred the gown to be just a little longer - reaching low-calf on someone of my height (1.64 m) - to keep the legs even cosier, and I miss a hanging loop of some kind at the neck. Everything else faultless. Presentation, packaging and lightning speed of delivery, with really helpful tracking, all exceptional. I feel sure I shall order again.
