I wanted one of the excellent Maison Cashmere dresses but required it to be a couple of inches longer in length. I was able to do this through the custom ordering service. After speaking to an excellent customer service agent who explained how to place the order, I received an email with the cost which was only slightly more than the list price for an off the shelf version. I placed the order on-line and am absolutely delighted with the product. It is the perfect length and I love the quality. I would highly recommend Maison Cashmere. First class products and service.

Although the quality of this snood is very good - soft around the neck and warm - for me, it is far too loose. After one wear, it loosened and is now too big for me, especially when it is cold and one needs a snuggly fit - disappointing. I have removed the tag so cannot return. One size does not fit all.

Le gilet est super joli et bien coupé, la couleur super, tel que présenté sur le site. Par contre l'envoi avec Fedex est catastrophique. Ils avaient perdu mon colis qui n'a jamais été livré à mon domicile, j'ai pu le récupérer en contactant le transporteur.

Ich habe sehr lange darauf warten müssen - 4 Wochen sind definitiv zu lang, und dafür müsste ich eigentlich 2 Punkte abziehen, ABER, es hat sich gelohnt!!!
