There was a slight delay in its dispatch but this was dealt with proactively and professionally by Nicoletta in Customer Serices. I received my order four days after I placed it and the quality is as expected: just perfect, not too heavy, not too light and the color as shown on the website. Ho acquistato due maglioni di spessore alto, entrambi sono stati una delusione.

Sig.ra Olga, come fatto presente per l'altro capo che ha acquistato, sono maglie prodotte sulla finezza 5 a 6 fili. Sono senza ombra di dubbio maglie "spesse/pesanti" rispetto a dei capi prodotti su finezze 12 (classici 2 fili). Quindi non capiamo bene il senso della sua recensione. Come fatto già presente, siamo a disposizione per un reso qualora necessitasse. Cordialmente.
